Five Tenets of Taekwon-Do
ABOUT OUR TAEKWON-DO
We are a group of Schools teaching General Choi's ITF Taekwon-Do.
Taekwon-Do is suitable for all ages. Classes are for children as young as 3 1/2 up to 99 (or older). Boys and Girls, Men and Women all are welcome.
We have Schools in Derbyshire and East Staffordshire.
Over the years we have trained many Local, National and International champions including European and World Champions.
Taekwon-do improves mental and physical health, as well as self esteem and self-defense skills
Our schools recognises students come to a martial art for many different reasons, whether it is to compete, get fit, meet people or build confidence we can help you. At Noble Dragons you can train and compete and join our ranks of World, European and British Champions, or it can be a hobby to get fit and make new friends.
